A campus ambassador program is the most durable way to put a brand inside college life. Instead of renting attention for a day, you build a cohort of students who represent the brand to their friends, societies and hostels for a semester or a year. Youthfluence runs these programs across 10,000+ colleges in 200+ cities, with a network of 100K+ campus ambassadors recruited, screened and managed by city leads.
What a Youthfluence ambassador program looks like
Every program follows the same loop: recruit, screen, onboard, activate, track, reward. Ambassadors are sourced from the societies and hostels that already shape opinion on campus, trained on the product, and given weekly missions that mix on-ground work (sampling, poster drops, event promotion) with content (reels, stories, UGC). Each ambassador carries a unique link or code, so registrations, installs and samples are attributed to a person, a college and a city.
Where it has worked
For Unacademy's UPSC Summit, ambassadors across 100+ colleges delivered 8.5K+ registrations and 10K+ watch hours within a single week. For Pee Safe, a cohort of 150+ women ambassadors sampled 4,500+ products across 50+ colleges and produced 81 reels and 160+ stories of their own. For EatSure, ambassador referral loops inside hostel WhatsApp groups contributed to 30K+ unique signups and 10K+ installs.
Who it is for
- EdTech brands that need registrations and signups from specific courses and years.
- Consumer apps and fintech products that grow through referrals.
- FMCG and D2C brands that want sampling and word of mouth to continue after the activation ends.
How it combines with other services
Ambassador programs usually run alongside campus activations and campus sampling, and feed youth user acquisition campaigns. Ambassadors who perform well often graduate into our student creator network.
